When you are feeling completely stressed out or physically exhausted, use this soothing bath ritual to relax both your body and mind. You can either use essential oils or herbs. You can find the dry ingredients in my shop as well.
For one bath use:
3 tsp Espon salt or Himalayan salt
2 drops of lemongrass essentail oil or ½ tsp of dry lemongrass
2 drops of peppermint essentail oil or ½ tsp of dry peppermint (or eucalyptus)
2 drops of camomile essentail oil or ½ tsp of dry camomile
Prepare yourself a nice hot bath and relax in it for at least 15 minutes. If possible emerge whole body for best results.
